About this piece
Soft gray-beige gradients are accented by orange and dark brown in this older Qashqai Gabbeh. The woven inscription "1370" appears to indicate a date, although the exact production date has not been confirmed. Softened colors and traditional motifs give this domestic-use piece an individual character. Approximately 15 mm thick, with lustrous, smooth wool.
We select pieces in good condition while preserving the character of their age. Areas of wear, slight irregularity in shape or color bleeding may remain as part of their vintage appeal. Each piece has been cleaned both locally and again by our team before sale.
