From your order to delivery
- Place your order through our online store.
- After checking availability, we will email you within one business day to confirm your order, delivery details and total amount.
- Orders paid by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay are dispatched promptly. For bank or postal transfers, dispatch follows confirmation of payment. Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders within Japan; please have payment ready when your order arrives.
We normally do not dispatch on Sundays or Japanese public holidays. We aim to reply to enquiries by the next business day, or the following business day at the latest. If you have not heard from us, please contact us again in case a message has not reached us.
Bank and postal transfer orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received by the deadline in your order confirmation email.
Shipping within Japan
Free shipping on orders of JPY 10,000 or more, including tax.
For orders below JPY 10,000, the following shipping charges apply (including tax):

International shipping
Shipping to supported overseas destinations is JPY 10,000 per order. Japan’s free-shipping offer does not apply to international orders. Delivery availability and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, please contact us before placing an order.
