Shipping policy

Order Processing and Dispatch

When we receive your order, we check the details and reserve stock. If we can accept the order, we send an order confirmation email within one to two business days, with the delivery schedule, shipping method, amount payable and other details.

If you have not heard from us after this period, please contact us in case your order or our email was not received.

For bank transfers, we dispatch after confirming payment, normally within one to four business days. For Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash-on-delivery orders, we normally dispatch within one to four business days after the confirmation email. Please contact us if you need an item urgently.

Delivery Within Japan

The delivery methods, time slots and regional charges below apply to deliveries within Japan. For delivery outside Japan, please confirm the available shipping method, charge and schedule with us.

Depending on the parcel’s size and weight, we normally use Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Yu-Pack or Click Post. Seino Transportation or another carrier may be used where appropriate. The carrier is stated in your order confirmation email.

You may request a delivery date or time slot offered by the carrier. If you miss a delivery, use the delivery notice to arrange redelivery. If you would like delivery to a parcel locker, please leave a note in the shopping cart and we will add it to the shipping label. We cannot guarantee that a locker can be used or accept responsibility for loss associated with its use.

Requested Delivery Dates

You may request a date from five days to two weeks after ordering. The earliest available date depends on your location and payment date. Please contact us for urgent delivery or to check the expected arrival date.

Domestic Shipping Charges

Orders of JPY 10,000 or more, including tax, qualify for free domestic shipping and no cash-on-delivery handling fee.

For orders below JPY 10,000 including tax, the following shipping charges apply. Cash-on-delivery orders also incur a JPY 300 handling fee including tax.
