See the colour, size and texture of real rugs in your room before choosing. Our Japanese staff bring your preferred rugs, along with suitable suggestions, and help you compare them where they will be used.
Service area: the Kanto region of Japan. Other areas are subject to consultation. The visit fee is explained when you book and is waived when you make a purchase.

What you can compare
- Colour: see how a rug looks with your flooring, walls and light.
- Size: check its balance with furniture and walking space.
- Texture: feel the pile and comfort underfoot.
We carry the rugs to the intended area and help set them out. You generally do not need to move the furniture yourself; clearing a little space around the area makes comparison easier. If you have not chosen any candidates, tell us how you will use the rug and what you like.
Area and visit fee
We serve the Kanto region. Ask us about other areas. The fee depends on the location and arrangements and will be explained at booking. The visit fee is waived if you purchase a rug. If you do not buy, the applicable charge depends on your area and booking conditions.
How it works
- Book and tell us your preferences. Share product references or links, the room, approximate size, preferred colours and mood, your location and preferred visit date. A city or municipality is enough for an initial area enquiry.
- We visit with a selection. We bring suitable candidates and suggestions. The number depends on rug sizes and vehicle capacity; we discuss this beforehand.
- Compare and ask questions. We lay the rugs out so you can judge the colour, scale and design. You may take photographs, taking care not to include personal information.
- Choose when you feel ready. If you find a rug you love, we help you complete the purchase.
Common questions
How many rugs can you bring?
This depends on their sizes and available vehicle space. Tell us your preferences and we will agree a practical selection.
Do I need to have chosen a rug already?
No. We can suggest options based on the room, intended use, approximate size and the colours or style you enjoy.
Can you take away an unwanted rug?
Please ask in advance, giving its size, condition and the number of rugs. Availability and arrangements depend on the details.
Can I cancel or change the date on the day?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We explain the applicable arrangements when you book.
