An Iranian machine-woven rug from the LUMINA Modal Art Collection, measuring 119 × 80 cm excluding fringe, with a modal pile and silk fringe.
Its Gonbad dome design radiates from a small central rosette into expanding petal-shaped compartments. Black-and-cream outlines define the red panels, with turquoise, pink and golden-brown details gathering toward the centre. Tiny flowers, olive vines and turquoise leaf ornaments fill each compartment. Repeating arches and narrow geometric bands frame the composition. The smooth modal sheen makes this Persian-inspired rug a striking accent for an entrance or sofa area.
