No.94

Since first discovering Gabbeh in a furniture shop about three years ago, I have been a devoted admirer. But the deep blue that first drew me in stayed in my mind, and I compared everything with that perhaps idealised memory, unable to decide. This time I put the living-room purchase aside and chose a rug for our apartment entrance—my first Gabbeh, from you. It feels as though I have finally broken the spell! For the next one, I hope to visit Iwaki around cherry-blossom season to choose a living-room rug. Thank you for this lovely encounter. Wishing your business continued success.

The size fits the hallway beautifully and should feel lovely beneath your feet. Seeing more rugs may also introduce you to new favourites and broaden the possibilities for the next one.
