No.374

We put the rug down straight away. It is even more beautiful than expected, and the whole family is delighted. It instantly brightened the entrance. The detail I had wondered about simply feels like part of its handmade charm and is no problem at all. I am happy to have found such a lovely rug. Thank you for your kind help.

The customer asked us about the pile colours through LINE before ordering. Being able to discuss the particular area in advance helped set expectations. LINE is useful because both sides can share photographs, so please feel free to use it for questions.
