The kilim arrived today. It has that lovely smell and feels wonderful. Thank you! A year has passed since I found my perfect Gabbeh. I still discover new details in its pattern and enjoy the gentle, relaxing moments it brings. This year I bought a kilim for the kitchen. I hope to continue enjoying daily life surrounded by beautiful textiles.

A multicoloured rug can be surprisingly easy to coordinate, because one or more of its colours will often echo something already in the room. Shiraz kilims can be used on either side.
