No.246

I opened the package and laid out the rug straight away. Our house is nearly eighty-five years old and can feel rather dark, but the Gabbeh instantly made the Japanese-style room look brighter and more modern. I then moved it beneath our six-person dining table, where I had originally intended to use it. As I grow older alongside the house, changing floor coverings between summer and winter has become a chore. After encountering a Gabbeh elsewhere, I was drawn to its qualities and searched widely before finding your store by chance. I am almost proud of myself for discovering something so close to what I imagined. Its gentle springiness underfoot is irresistible. I hope to pass it on to my children and granddaughter. If I buy again, I would like to return to your store. I will take good care of it. Thank you.
