No.207

The rug arrived safely. Thank you for the quick delivery. I am sending photographs of it together with the living-room Gabbeh we bought previously for our new home. That rug now feels completely at home here. It was comfortable in summer without feeling sticky underfoot, and with the floor heating coming on for winter, it should be even more inviting to lie on! Both rugs are Zollanvari Shekarlu in undyed beige and brown wool. The entrance mat is exactly the size I expected and fits perfectly. Its colours change with the direction you look from, offering a different pleasure from the living-room rug. I expect we will shop with you again. Thank you.

Thank you again. Both undyed wool rugs fit beautifully in colour and size. The darker living-room rug creates a modern setting that highlights the sofa. In a narrow entrance, a small mat placed across the width can look rather lost, so a lengthways arrangement like this works well. The changing colours as you leave and return home make it feel fresh.
