No.121

The Gabbeh arrived today. Thank you for the quick service. I had only just bought a Zollanvari from you in February and intended to wait until next winter for a modern design, but this one looked exactly right online, so I ordered it. I have photographed both in case it helps other customers. Natural colours with a red frame: I placed this beneath the piano in a corner behind the sofa, choosing a pale shade to brighten the spot. The 123 × 81 cm size is perfect. The added pom-poms delight my kindergarten-aged daughter, who hopes to use it under a future study desk. Striped design: I originally planned it for the bedroom, but it was so beautiful that I tried it in the entrance hall, despite being slightly large. Within the greys and browns are touches of blue, and the colours change with direction. It is modern yet warm. I love both and hope to use them for years. I have been pleased with the rugs, prices and service and will surely return.

Changing colours should make the entrance mat enjoyable both when leaving and returning home. It also suits the wooden chair. Beneath the piano, the thick pile offers warmth in winter and a pleasant feel under bare feet in summer. It would work beneath a study desk too.
